Inspired by the rocky shapes and formations, the intention is to appreciate the beauty of the organicness and the nakedness of the pieces by leaving them unglazed or partially unglazed.

The term talaia refers to an elevated place or tower that serves to observe and watch an extension of land or sea. This collection of raised platters are inspired by this ancient construction found across the Mediterranean and specially the talaiotic sites in Menorca.
These make a perfect serving platter and table ceterpiece. Handmade with grogged stoneware and available in a variety of tonalities, they are partially glazed in transparent or white frost matte. Food safe.
